Cancellation with 48 Hours' Notice

: If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, there will be no cancellation fee.

Cancellation with 24-48 Hours' Notice

: If you cancel your appointment with 24 to 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to half the session fee will apply.

No Notice or Cancellation with Up to 24 Hours' Notice

: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend the scheduled appointment ("no-show"), the full session fee will apply.

This cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including initial consultations, follow-up sessions, and any other services provided by Innate Psychotherapy.

5. Payment

Payment for services is due at the end of each session, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include cash or bank transfer. Failure to pay for services may result in the suspension or termination of future appointments.

6. Professional Standards

Innate Psychotherapy operates in compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards as set forth by relevant accrediting bodies and associations. Our therapists are qualified professionals committed to providing the highest quality of care.
